He has worked in blue-chip organizations including Accenture, BT Plc, Hewitt and various financial services organizations creating customer-centric, leading-edge yet pragmatic and effective programs addressing HR transformation and delivery. He has sat on the managed services board of Ceridian and headed up sales and customer relations in the HR managed services business.

Prior to that, he was VP of sales and customer service in one of the UK’s first HRO companies: e-people serve which then became Accenture HR Services. He has been in senior executive roles in both large and small organizations for over 20 years.

He has a strong client focus and a proven track record of delivering business growth in highly regulated and dynamic business environments. His particular area of expertise is helping clients deliver on their strategic and operational vision of their HR Shared Services, pensions, payroll and technology functions. He also has significant experience in M&A activity and turnarounds of unprofitable operations.

He has held various senior executive positions at both Aon and Xerox Corporation. He was most recently Managing Director, Total Benefits Outsourcing for Xerox Europe.

Most recently Group HR Director of Novae, he previously spent 5 years as HR Director at Mourant, helped manage the merger that created CMS Cameron McKenna and held senior roles at Standard Life, Grant Thornton and Linklaters. An author and regular speaker, he is also Clerk to the Guild of HR Professionals. John has a strong commercial focus and is well regarded for his straightforward approach.

Kathy has worked in a number of large as well as small organisations and has a wealth of experience in understanding what her clients need and translating that into practical delivery and solutions. Kathy’s direct and straightforward approach means all stakeholders know what they need to do to deliver a successful outcome.

With a degree in Mathematics his early career was focused in the Actuarial and Benefits arena. He has been responsible for the identification and development of major HR systems and technology as well as implementation. In 1994 David founded Qube Holdings Plc. Following successful negotiation, Barclays Venture Capital acquired 30% of the business in 1997, and the business became an international consulting, education and research practice covering 14 European countries. Specialising in research driven organisational change, education and expert project management, Qube grew to over 80 staff and won contracts with over 200 clients, including Local Government, Direct Line, Nationwide, Allied Irish Bank and many others.

David has been involved in over 90 major client projects and has overseen eight acquisitions. He has established companies outside the UK in Switzerland and Australia, and also directed the creation of two Plc’s one of which (Strontium Plc), which he subsequently listed on the AIM market in London.

David has appeared as a spokesperson for small businesses on CNBC television and has spoken at conferences at the CBI and privately for clients.
