We believe that it is essential that we spend time understanding the specific areas that require additional support or intervention. Not only this but the culture and particular challenges involved. We then prepare our solution proposal to include specific time defined deliverables. Throughout our engagement we ensure senior level contact to track progress and report against the deliverables agreed upon. We ensure that there are “no surprises” and are committed to creating successful outcomes.


Our History


melior HR was founded by Vinny Ehzuvan and Stephen Randall in 2016 after both had decades of working for large global corporations, in multiple disciplines but focusing in the last 20 years in Human Resource related functions. In addition, we have associates who have worked for many different organisations. The team has experience in companies such as Aon, Accenture, BT Plc, British Airways and in areas such as sales, marketing, client development, Human Resources, project and program management.
